Bedford Ave Between North 5th St and North 7th St

One of the main drags in the heart of Williamsburg, Bedford avenue might just have the best ratio of yogurt shops to bars I've ever seen. This stretch seems to be at battle with itself - whereas some buildings are covered in layers of paint and graffiti, others are so freshly built that the protective plastic isn't even off the glass. Depending on what side you fall on in the 'gentrification' fight, either one could be good or bad. But really, when it comes to finding something to eat, drink or do, you can't go too wrong here - there's something for every taste and price range...so long as you don't mind walking around the tagged doorways (I know I don't!).
