Washington St Between West Houston St and Leroy St

A long line of warehouses and trucks sit along this barren street. In stark contrast to the surrounding area, this is a very industrial few blocks. It feels gray, and dull, and un-cared-for. Within a block of each other you can come across both a UPS and FedEx distribution center, but you wont see any places to eat.

There's a careless combination of cobblestones and pavement making up the street surfaces; as-if repairs were done without regard to what was previously there. However, as you walk north, you'll begin to see bits of character peek around the corners. That's when things begin to cheer up.
