Bond St Between Lafayette St and The Bowery

This block has all sorts of weird stuff just floating around.Architecturally, the highlight is probably the incomparably bizarre 40 Bond, which looks like something out of a Jackson Pollack-inspired version of Metropolis. Alongside 40 Bond are a wide array of building styles, including the landmarked Bouwerie Lane Theatre.

Art and design are certainly home on this street, as you come across a gallery, some bars, and theaforementioned building designs - so naturally this street is also home to some location shooting for the upcoming blockbuster Step Up 3. Mark you calendars.
