Broadway Between 63rd St and 61st St

Just as I left Lincoln Center I had a very important decision to make - to continue down Columbus Ave, or to take Broadway and start veering towards Columbus Circle and midtown. I opted for the latter.

The busy two-way street is lined with plenty of places to eat and shop. The entire area, though littered with plenty of older structures has a decidedly 60's feel - thanks perhaps in-part to the nearby Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, which was constructed beginning in the 60's.

Of course, because this is Broadway, it's incredibly crowded with people and cars all pushing through each other as they make their way around the small maze of streets around here.

Looking south, you can clearly see elements of Columbus Circle peeking through.
