7th Ave Between 28th St and 26th St

With the massive FIT building dominating the western half of the street, this part of 7th Avenue has it's only character and commerce across the street.

There's no shortage of places to eat along this block - including the interestingly-named brgr. There's some very classic-looking architecture around here, which sits in stark constrast to the modernist FIT concrete block. 27th St is pretty much closed off to thru traffic between 7th and 8th, as it runs through the school's campus.
