Franklin St Between Greenwich St and Hudson St

On what could be considered a very typical TriBeCa street, you'll find a standard combination of condos & restaurants. The mish-mash of cobblestones, pavement and rock meld nicely with the mish-mash of architecture around you.

One of the great things about this area is, despite there being a TriBeCa style and look, you never know what you're going to see.  Each block is unique in how it takes that style and switches it up. The signage hanging on walls, both old and new, is always a treat to look at. Though, it can sometimes be deceiving, as certain elements are designed to look old, when in-fact, they aren't.
