81st St Between 3rd Ave and 2nd Ave

It'll be very interesting to see what happens to this neighborhood in the next decade or so. Just steps away from the the future Second Avenue Subway station at 86th and 2nd, it'll be right between two of the busiest lines in the city.

In the meantime, as a quiet block lined with a variety of apartments I can't see too much wrong with the area. Quieter in the middle of the block, a series of local restaurants and businesses near the avenues even things out a bit.
